Review for Feb

Goal 4/8, Focused habit 2/5

Poor Weak Achieve Good Excellent
✔️

Learnings:

  • It's the 'environment' define your habit not your personality or willpower. I need to turn to a good habit when my energy flow stuck and mental stress comes.
  • Two goal and one focused habit for a week is enough for now; allocate preferable time slot for a goal thus daily goal-review is meaningful.
  • Take a week off to clean the overloaded clutter is necessary.
  • Also, remember the reason clutter overloaded is that you have weak weeks and try to set a relative easy schedule everyweek.
