- I still went through some emotional challenges, however, the good thing is I managed to stick to some atomic habits I set, which is a gain for me. I tend to focus on the gain, not the gap.
Goals
✔️ I'd love to write two zhihu articles(during weekend)
✔️ I'd love to submit visa application (as soon as possible)
Still a lot of work to do and the appointment is next Thursday.
Focus habit
✔️ 1. I'd love to do daily Cardio / "three big" strength training
✘ 2. I'd love to work for my company at same time slot: 7pm - 8pm (not necessarily daily, record time: 5000$ hourly rate)
I haven't done that for a single day so this time-schedule hasn't been developed. I will continue this next week.
